1. When will my order be shipped out?
It could be sent out usually within 48 hours, except pre-sale one. Your any other request for order could delay the dispatch.

The price does not include remote area fee or other payable fees from carrier.
3. How much do you declare to customs?
Please contact us if you have any questions. If the parcel get strict inspected by custom, you need to pay tax to clear custom. The cost of return or lost parcel would be on customer due to reject customs clearance.
4. What should i do if there is problem with package?
Please check the parcel before sign for it. If it is damaged or empty, please ask the post office to provide official document.
